The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicants, i.e. petitioner Nos.3 & 4, seeking extension of one week to deposit the cost of Rs.10,000/- each before the Delhi State Legal Service Authority in terms of order dated 7th March, 2024 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed and the applicants are granted further one week's time to deposit the aforesaid cost. 3.

Application stands disposed of.
