O R D E R

The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.0067/2020, registered under Sections 323/354/354-B/506/509 IPC at Police Station Wazirabad, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the last order, the petitioner has joined investigation three times and prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Dr. M.P. Singh, learned APP for the State, on instructions, confirms that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not involved in any other case and he is no longer required for further investigation at this stage. 4.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of his arrest, the petitioner be admitted to bail, on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the

concerned IO/SHO, subject to the following further conditions:- (i) The petitioner will not leave NCT of Delhi without prior intimation to the IO.

(ii) The petitioner shall not get in touch with the prosecution witnesses directly or indirectly and shall not make any effort to tamper with the evidence.

(iii) The petitioner will join further investigation as and when required to do so and will fully cooperate in the same.

(iv) The petitioner will appear before the Trial Court as and when the charge-sheet is filed in the case.
