Further to the order dated 09.10.2024, the Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["MCD"] has passed an order dated 23.10.2024, by which the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 herein have been directed to remove the tower within the period of four weeks. 2.

for respondent Nos. 3 and 4, that the order dated 23.10.2024 is in excess of the show cause notice issued to the said respondents. He states that the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 propose to challenge the said order in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioners and the MCD dispute these submissions.

Be that as it may, as the relief sought in this writ petition stands satisfied, the writ petition is disposed of.

The remedies of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 remain reserved. This Court has made no observation on the merit of the case.
