The petitioners, who are the wife and children of late Mr. Antony Joseph, seek release of family pension under the Employees' Pension Scheme, 1995, arising out of his service with R.G. Stone Hospital, Faridabad.

After some hearing, Mr. Jojo Jose, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioners will make a claim for release of withdrawal benefits payable in respect of the service of late Mr. Antony Joseph, within a period of two weeks from today, subject to completion of necessary formalities.
