The learned counsel for the respondents submits that fresh elections to the post of the Chairman of the State Bar Council have taken place and a new person has been appointed. He further submits that on the enquiry initiated against the petitioner, an Enquiry Committee has also been appointed and such enquiry is in progress.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of.
