% 27.08.2020 The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

1. The interim order dated 12.06.2020 passed by this Court was premised on the fact that the learned ATMCD was non-functional at that time. The Court is informed that the said Tribunal is now functional.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will file an appeal before the learned ATMCD, against the order of the Corporation within a period of three weeks from today. The interim order shall continue till then.

3. In view of above, the petition, along with pending application, is disposed-off.

4. The order be uploaded on the website forthwith. Copy of the order
