The only claim of the Petitioner in the present Petition is with regard to the payment of the TA/DA Bill, which was previously rejected by the Respondents on the ground that he claimed it later than the prescribed period of six months.

Learned counsel representing the Respondents submits that the TA/DA Bill has been paid to the Petitioner on 27.04.2026 and hence, the present Petition is rendered infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, and since the TA/DA Bill has already been paid to the Petitioner, the present Petition is dismissed as infructuous. ANIL KSHETARPAL, J.
