% 22.06.2020 The hearing in this matter has been held through video conferencing 1.

The learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3, on instructions, submits that for the project in question, no part of the building(s) in the area of the petitioners is required to be demolished or taken over by the respondent no.2 and 3.

In view thereof, the major grievance of the petitioners stands satisfied. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, however, submits that there are other issues with respect to the planning and execution of the project that have been raised in the present petition. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that the project was approved on 13.01.2016 and the work thereon has been started sometime in July,

2019.

Keeping in view the submissions made, the respondent nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the contents of the present petition as a representation of the petitioners and take a decision thereon within a period of four weeks from today. Such decision be communicated to the petitioners as well.

Needless to say, if the petitioners are aggrieved of such decision of the respondent nos.2 and 3, it shall always be open to the petitioners to challenge the same in accordance with the law. 6.

The petition is disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to cost.
