O R D E R

% 06.01.2016 IA No. 25306/2015 (under Sec. 151 CPC, by petitioner) The petitioner by way of the present IA is seeking condonation of 15 days' delay in filing affidavit by inter alia stating that earlier he could not receive the certified copies in time and when the same were received, they were sent to the petitioner, which is a Public Sector Undertaking, which took time for completion of procedural formalities which caused the delay. Ld. counsel for petitioner has also filed affidavit in terms of order of the Hon'ble Court dated 29/10/2015.

In view of submissions of ld. counsel for petitioner and averments made in the application in hand, the delay of 15 days in filing the affidavit stands condoned.

This IA stands disposed off accordingly.
