Learned counsel for the parties submit that though parties have not been able to resolve the issues, they once again request that the parties be referred to mediation.

Accordingly, parties are referred to Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that Ms. Vandana, Advocate was earlier appointed as a Mediator. 5.

Parties shall appear before Ms. Vandana, the Mediator through Video Conferencing on 09.09.2020 at 3:30 pm.

The request of the petitioner for meeting with the child shall be considered by the Mediator.

List for reporting settlement, if any, on 15.10.2020. 8.

Copy of the order be uploaded on the High Court website and be also forwarded to learned counsels through email by the Court Master.
