This petition has been filed primarily being aggrieved of the notice dated 26.05.2020 issued by the respondent no. 2 and sent to the petitioner by an e-mail dated 01.06.2020, informing the petitioner that the hearing of MA 43/2019 in OC 703/2017 titled M/s Devas Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. vs. The Deputy Director, Directorate of Enforcement, Bangalore & Ors. is fixed for 15.06.2020 at 3:00 p.m. before the Court Room No. 2, Adjudicating Authority, PMLA.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in view of the current situation with respect to the Covid-19 coronavirus, it would not be advisable to hold a

physical hearing. The petitioner, therefore, filed the present petition praying, inter alia for a direction to the respondent no. 2 to either adjourn the hearing until the present pandemic situation improves and normalises or in the alternative conduct a hearing via video conferencing. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondents on instructions submits that the hearing of the Original Complaint has been adjourned to 15.07.2020. He submits that a notice in this regard, if not already sent to the petitioner, will be sent by the respondent no. 2 in due course. He further submits that around the relevant time, a decision will be taken, based on the conditions prevailing then, as to whether the hearing is to be conducted in a physical manner or through video conferencing. A prior intimation in this regard shall be sent to the petitioner.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, nothing survives in the petition at the present stage. The petition is disposed of recording the statement of the counsel for the respondents.
