% 12.06.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) CRL.M.A. 7602/2020 (Exemption) It is an application seeking exemption from filing certified copies of annexures. Allowed, subject to just exceptions. CRL.M.A.7603/2020 (Exemption) It is an application seeking exemption from filing requisite affidavit and court fee etc. Allowed with the stipulation that the requisite affidavit and the court fee shall be filed within 05 days of the resumption of the regular functioning of the Court. Application stands disposed of accordingly. BAIL APPLN. 1242/2020 By the instant application, the applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted to him by this Court vide order dated 18.05.2020 for 15 days from the date of release, which period expires on 14.06 2020. The extension is sought on the premise that during the treatment of the father of the applicant,
he had visited a hospital and during such course, he has suffered from fever and sore throat and apprehends having been infected with Covid-19. Taking into account the totality of facts and circumstances and the averments made in the application, the interim bail of the applicant is extended for another 15 days on the same terms and conditions. Liberty is however reserved to the prosecution to approach the Court for cancellation of bail in the event any averment made in the application is found to be false.
