By this application the plaintiff had sought interim bail for a period of 45 days on the ground of his wife's surgery for fibroid in the uterus in case FIR No. 683/2015 under Sections 302/212/34 IPC registered at PS Kanjhawala.

As per the status report filed by the State on verification the Doctor informed that the surgery will not be performed on the 16th June, 2020 as the concerned Doctor is not well.

Consequently, the present application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file an application afresh as and when fresh date for surgery of the petitioner's wife is given.
