Mr. Mohinder Rupal, the learned counsel for the University of Delhi, states, upon instructions, that the petitioner can appear for the 2nd, 4th and 6th Semesters examinations scheduled in the coming month. For the other semesters i.e. 1st, 3rd and 5th Semesters, he can take the examinations, when it is subsequently scheduled in December 2020 or thereof.

3. The writ petition, alongwith pending application, is disposed-off in terms of the above.
