Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the bail application, however, with the liberty to move a bail application before the Trial Court and the Trial Court may be directed to consider all his arguments and submissions including the submission that the main accused has been granted bail and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner for using a deadly weapon, while disposing of the bail application. 2.
Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to move a bail application before the Trial Court as per law. The Trial Court shall consider all the submissions which would be submitted by the learned counsel for the
petitioner while arguing the bail application. 3.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the bail application.
