This application is for grant of parole for a period of two months. 3.
It is submitted vide order dated 11.08.2020 while disposing of this writ petition, this Court passed an order whereby the jail authority was directed to consider this writ petition as an application by the petitioner for grant of parole and to dispose of their application within two weeks from the date of receiving of the order.

It is alleged by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has not received any communication from the concerned authorities regarding his application for grant of parole despite directions by this Court. 5.
Issue notice. Learned ASC accepts notice and says that he needs to take instructions from the authorities and would revert back on the next date of hearing. At request, list on 17.09.2020.
