The present petition has been filed by Decree Holder, who is aggrieved by the order passed by learned Executing Court whereby issues have been framed and there is a direction to lead evidence on such issues. 2.

However, it has now been apprised that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. It is apprised that even the Execution Petition has been disposed of by the learned Executing Court as satisfied and, therefore, the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with her present petition, in terms of such settlement between the parties. 3.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the settlement between the parties.
