The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to learned Principal Judge, Family Court, NorthWest District, Rohini Court, Delhi to dispose of application under Section 12 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 filed by the petitioner in GP No. 5/2022 titled as ―Lakshay Verma vs. Neha Abbhi‖. 4.
