% 24.07.2020 Although the medical review of the applicant's parents has not yet been completed by Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, Mr. Vikas Arora, learned counsel for the applicant submits that since some time has elapsed, the applicant's parents do not wish to carry-forward the medical investigations due to the risk of contracting the prevailing coronavirus; and the applicant wishes to withdraw the present application.
