Let the Full Bench order be placed on record.

By the aforesaid order dated 13.07.2020 made by a Full Bench of this court in W.P.(C) No. 3037/2020 titled Court on its own Motion vs. State & Ors., it has inter alia been clarified that where undertrials are on interim bail as on the date of that order, irrespective of whether they were released before or after 16.03.2020, such interim orders shall stand extended till 31.08.2020 on the same terms and conditions as were imposed earlier.

In view of the mandate of the Full Bench, interim bail granted to the applicant by order dated 23.06.2020 made in Bail Appl. No. 1238/2020 stands extended till 31.08.2020.
