For the reasons stated in the applications, the same is allowed. 2.

The applications are disposed of.

W. P.(CRL.) 914/2020 3.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking parole for a period of four weeks in FIR No.429/2007 under Section 302/364/34 of the IPC registered with PS Nangloi.

4.

The petitioner has produced an order dated 27.04.2020, wherein the petitioner's request for parole has been rejected in view of Rule 1210(IV) of the Delhi Prison Rules, 2018, which specifically provides that in order to be eligible for parole or furlough the convict should not have violated any

terms and conditions of the parole/furlough granted previously. 5.

In the present case, the petitioner was released on parole on 30.03.2017 and was required to surrender on or before 26.04.2017. However, he jumped his parole and was re-arrested on 12.04.2018. 6.

Considering the past conduct of the petitioner, this Court does not find any infirmity with the decision to reject the petitioner's application. This Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition. The same is accordingly, dismissed.
