The present is an application to condone the delay of 60 days in refiling the present petition. 2.
Considering the submissions made in the present application, delay is condoned and application is disposed of.

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging willful th disobedience of the order dated 09 November, 2023 passed in W.P. (C) No.
14670/2023.

Further, directions had been issued to the respondent/Delhi Development Authority ("DDA") to dispose of the detailed representation of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks. Since, the said representation was not decided, the present writ petition has been filed.

Learned counsel has handed over a copy of the Speaking Order dated 07th March, 2024 issued by Lease Administration Branch (Rohini), DDA. The same is taken on record 8.
By way of the said Speaking Order, the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent/DDA. 9.
Accordingly, this Court notes that the directions as passed in the order dated 09th April, 2023, stand complied with.

In case, the petitioner has any grievance against the Speaking Order th dated 07 March, 2024 passed by the respondent/DDA, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. 11.
