The present is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh suit in proper Court of jurisdiction.

Considering the submissions made in the present application, the application is allowed and the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the present petition.

The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 5.
