The petitioner has filed the subject petition seeking a direction to the respondent to accept the surety bond pursuant to the parole granted to the petitioner by the Commissioner, Gurgaon Division, (Haryana). 3.

Status report has been filed which is taken on record. It indicates that SDM, Narela has already accepted the surety bonds and sent communication to the Superintendent Jail, District Gurgaon.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
