O R D E R

Respondent No.1 is present in Court and has produced her Aadhaar Card as well as passbook of her savings bank account with necessary endorsement. The particulars of the savings bank account of respondent No.1 are as under:
Ms. Mona (Respondent No.1) Account No. 6023000100028202 Punjab National Bank, Mandawali Branch, Delhi IFSC Code: PUNB0602300 2.
The appellant has deposited Rs.2,60,166/- with the Registrar General of this Court. The Registrar General is directed to disburse the aforesaid amount along with interest to respondent No.1 by instructing UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch as under:
i.
Rs.2,20,000/- be kept in 22 FDRs of Rs.10,000/- each for the period 1 month to 22 months, respectively in the name of respondent No.1 with cumulative interest.
ii.
The balance amount after keeping Rs.2,20,000/- in FDRs be transferred to the aforesaid savings bank account of respondent No.1. iii.
All the original FDRs shall remain with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch.
However, the statement containing FDR number, amount, date of maturity and maturity amount shall be furnished by UCO Bank to the claimant.
iv.
The maturity amounts of the FDRs be released to claimant in her aforesaid savings bank account.
v.
No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.
vi.
Punjab National Bank, Mandawali Branch shall permit respondent No.1 to withdraw money from her savings bank account by means of a withdrawal form.

List for reporting compliance on 27th March, 2020. 4.
UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch shall ensure the compliance of this order before the next date.
5.
Copy of this order be sent to UCO Bank.
6.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under signatures of Court Master.
