Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the interim bail granted to the Applicant expired yesterday and, therefore, he surrendered yesterday. He further submits that the present application has become infructuous and prays that he be permitted to withdraw the same. 3.
In view of the submissions made, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Applicant is, however, at liberty to move a fresh application, if so advised.
