The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeks following prayers:- "That in light of the aforesaid, the Petitioner respectfully pray that this Hon‟ble High Court may be pleased to allow the present petition, and:-

1) Quash Order dated 08.12.2023 in C.A. No. 213 of 2023 passed by the Ld. Special Judge (NDPS)-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, New The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Delhi and proceedings arising therefrom, as well as any further proceedings that may take place during the pendency of the petition;

During the course of the proceedings, with the consent of the parties, order dated 08.12.2023 directing the petitioner to deposit 20% of the fine amount is modified to the extent that 10% of the fine amount be deposited by the petitioner within a period of 3 weeks from today. 5.

With the aforesaid modification, the present petition is partly allowed and the same is disposed of accordingly.
