The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of investigation in FIR No. 213/2019, under Sections 380/454 IPC registered at Police Station Mukherjee Nagar to Crime Branch, Delhi. 2.

Mr. Sanjay Lao, Additional Standing Counsel for the State has forwarded a reply through e-mail, which is taken on record. 3.

As per the aforesaid reply, although investigation was conducted but the same did not lead to any result.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that he has no objection, in case the investigation is transferred to DIU, North West. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he also has no objection to the same.

Accordinlgy, the investigatin of the present case is transferred to DIU North West, Delhi. It shall be investigated by an officer of the Inspector Rank and shall be directly supervised by the concerned DCP. 7.
