3. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail to attend his sister's marriage on the 19th of June.
4. Issue notice. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor named above accepts notice. She submits that a Status Report has been filed. However, the same is not on record. Let it be brought on record. A copy of the same is stated to have been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. The learned APP states, upon instructions, that according to the petitioner's parents, the marriage of the petitioner's sister has been postponed. No date has been fixed for the marriage. In other words, presently there is no fixed date for which the petitioner could possibly
be released. Accordingly, the petition is pre-mature.
6. In the circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to move an appropriate application in due course.
7. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted.
