Mr. Ankur Chawla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submitted that the matter has already been settled between the petitioner and the respondents.

Since the matter stands settled between the parties, therefore, the captioned petition may be disposed of as nothing left for further adjudication in the matter.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection to the above statement advanced on behalf of the petitioner. On instructions, he placed the Memorandum of Understanding dated 29th April, 2024 arrived at between the parties, which has been taken on record. This Court has perused the Memorandum of Understanding dated 29th April, 2024 and found nothing unlawful therein. 5.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the statement made on behalf of behalf of the parties on instructions and contents made in the aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding, the instant petition, accordingly, stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding as nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant petition. 6.

The parties are directed to remain bound by the terms of the aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding.
