Mr. Tewari with Ms. Nikita Jain, Advocates.
versus SURESH KUMAR SHARMA .....Respondent Through:
None.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN
O R D E R
% 03.04.2025 1.
After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the petition. He rather submits that in view of the observations made in para 12 of impugned order, he would get the documents examined through his own hand writing expert and would, thereafter, make appropriate request to the learned Trial Court for taking such opinion on record and to get such handwriting expert examined.
2.
Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
3.
Needless to say, the petitioner is always at liberty to take whatever steps he may be advised.
