This petition has been listed on an office note pointing out that there is a typographical error in recording of the FIR number in the Order dated 05.04.2024 of this Court. In paragraph nos.1 and 10 of the said order, the FIR number has been wrongly recorded as 'FIR No.736/2017' instead of 'FIR No.763/2017'. As this error is an inadvertent error of this Court, the same is corrected. 2.

The paragraph nos.1 and 10 of the Order dated 05.04.2024 shall now read as under:

"1. This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') seeking quashing of FIR No.763/2017 registered at Police Station:

Shakarpur, East Delhi, under Sections 354/506/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC') and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, (in short, 'IT Act') along with all other proceedings The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 30/04/2024 at 12:18:36

arising therefrom, based on a settlement.

10. Keeping in view the above, the present petition is allowed.

Consequently, FIR No.763/2017 registered at Police Station:

Shakarpur, East Delhi, Delhi, under Sections 354/506/509 of the IPC and Section 67 of the IT Act (offence under Section 506/509 of the IPC and Section 67 of the IT Act already stand compounded) and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom against the petitioner are quashed, subject to the petitioner depositing costs of Rs.30,000/- with the Delhi High Court Bar Clerk's Association within a period of four weeks from today, and filing proof thereof with the Registry of this Court and supplying a copy thereof to the IO, within the said period."
