By virtue of the present petition, petitioner seeks to challenge a common judgment dated 25.03.2026 whereby twenty-one appeals have been disposed of by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-05, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file separate petitions in accordance with law.
