The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition was filed on the ground of settlement and the complainant is now resiling from the terms of the settlement. 2.

He, at the outset, seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file an appropriate petition and raise all the grounds on merits and that the settlement is binding on Respondent No. 2. 3.
