The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "a. Set aside the impugned order dated 24.04.2026 passed by the Ld. Family Court, Saket in HMA No. 994/2021;
b. Direct that the proceedings before the Ld. Family Court, including adjudication of the interim maintenance application, be kept in abeyance till the adjudication of the proceedings pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, including the application under Article 142 of the Constitution of India;
c. In the alternative, stay the pronouncement of orders on the interim maintenance application till the next date before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, i.e., 30.04.2026;
d. Direct that no coercive or precipitative steps be taken against the Petitioner during the pendency of the present Petition; Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits, that the petitioner remains open to mediation in order to resolve the dispute. 4.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the mediation proceedings before the Hon'ble Supreme Court was not successful. 5.
Be that as it may, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 6.
Leave granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
