In view of Notification No. 77/I-G-4/Genl.-I/DHC dated 26.05.2026, whereby the matters fixed for 28.05.2026 were directed to be taken up on 29.05.2026, the present matter is taken up today. 2.

The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["Act"] seeking the appointment of an Arbitrator for the purpose of adjudicating the disputes inter se the parties that are stated to have arisen, in terms of Clause 9 of the Loan Agreement dated 19.10.2024 ["Agreement"], as between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file such proceedings as are permissible under law. 4.
