1. This is a joint application on behalf of the parties.

2. By way of this application, the parties seek to place on record the terms of

settlement recorded between them as set out in para 2 of the letter dated 22nd April 2011 accompanying the application.

3. Learned counsel for the parties request that in view of the aforestated settlement arrived at between the parties, the present petition be disposed of with a liberty to approach the Court, in case the need so arises. Respondent No. 1 has no objection to the same.

4. In view of settlement arrived at between the parties; the petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
