% 11.09.2020 [Court hearing convened via video-conferencing on account of COVID-19] CS (COMM) 171/2020 & I.A. No. 4457/2020 1.
Pursuant to the order dated 25.08.2020, whereby, parties were referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre [in short "Centre"] for arriving at a settlement of their inter se disputes, counsel for the parties inform me that a settlement has been reached in the matter. 2.
The Mediators appointed by the Centre have furnished a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 10.09.2020 [in short "SA"]. 3.
The SA filed by the Mediators is accompanied by Annexures A to G which comprises the power of attorneys executed by the plaintiffs and identity documents of the defendants.
3.1 Besides this, the consent e-mails submitted by the parties are also appended to the SA on pages 26 to 34.

I have perused the terms of the settlement. The terms of the settlement are lawful.

Having regard to the fact that the parties have arrived at a settlement, albeit at an early stage, I am inclined to direct the refund of court-fee to the plaintiffs upon requisite steps being taken, in that behalf. 5.1 It is ordered accordingly. The Registry will take necessary steps in that behalf.

A decree will be drawn-up in terms of the SA. 6.1 The SA, along with the annexures appended to it, will form part of the decree. For this purpose, the SA and the annexures appended thereto, will collectively, be marked as marked as Exhibit 'X'. 7.
Consequently, all pending applications shall stand closed. 8.
