versus REGISTRAR GENERAL DELHI HIGH COURT ..... Respondent Through

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 10.04.2019 1.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the Registry be directed to allow the petitioner to file a petition in Hindi (W.P.(Criminal) titled D. K. Chopra v. Delhi Police and Ors. submitted by Diary no.318949 AG in Hindi). The petitioner's grievance is that the said petition has not been listed, as it is not in the language of the Court (English).

2.

The petitioner is present in person and he has advanced arguments in English. It is apparent that the petitioner is proficient in English language and is not handicapped, in any manner, in filing a petition in the language of this Court.

3.

This Court finds no infirmity with the decision of the Registry in not accepting the petitioner's petition. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The pending application also stands disposed of. VIBHU BAKHRU, J APRIL 10, 2019/MK
