The petitioner has challenged cancellation of bail which was granted by the trial Magistrate but cancelled by the Court of Sessions. The bail was cancelled by the learned Court of Sessions mainly on the ground that the petitioner obtained the bail order from learned Magistrate after concealing that the bail application filed before the Court of Sessions had got dismissed. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

Accordingly, the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
