Pursuant to efforts on behalf of counsel for the parties, parties entered into pre-litigation mediation talks which have been fruitful. 2.

The parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 09th April, 2024, copy of which has been handed up in the Court. 3.

However, since the parties have chosen to keep the terms of settlement confidential, the same are not being reproduced in the said order. 4.
