% 15.06.2020 This hearing is conducted through Video-Conferencing. Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3 at the outset submits that the grounds which are raised in the present petition are somewhat identical to the grounds raised by the petitioner in other writ petitions being W.P.(MD) 2091/2020 and W.P.(MD) 38479/2015 which are also pending before the Madras High Court. He states that the said petitions raise the same questions and issues which are sought to be raised in the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforenoted objections, he would like to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate writ petition before the appropriate high court.

Granting leave and liberty as sought for, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications also stand dismissed. JUNE 15, 2020/rb JAYANT NATH, J
