This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers :- "(a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari and direct the respondent no.2 to consider & decide the application dt. 04.09.2025, submitted by the petitioner for shifting of its premises, in accordance with law expeditiously in a time bound manner; and/or..."

Mr. Arora, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the application for change of premises of the petitioner has not been decided for a considerable period of time by the respondent No. 2. 3.
For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Nanda, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Without admitting the averments made by the petitioner and subject to verification of the records, Mr. Nanda, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, states that if the application has not been decided so far, the same will be done expeditiously. 5.
In view of the above, it is directed that the respondents shall hear the petitioner and decide the application expeditiously and not later than 6 weeks from today.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.
In case the petitioner is aggrieved, the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the outcome in accordance with the law.
