After canvassing arguments at length, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not press this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to prefer a representation before the concerned respondent authorities with regard to prayer (b) and (c) of the writ petition. 2.

In view of this limited submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. As and when such a representation W.P.(C) No.3523/2020

is preferred by the petitioner before the concerned respondent authorities, the same shall be decided in accordance with law, rules, regulations and government policies applicable to the facts of the case as expeditiously as possible and practicable.
