% 20.05.2024 Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit, that they have settled their inter-se disputes through mediation. Settlement Agreement dated 17.05.2024 has been signed. A copy of the same has also been placed on record.

For clarification, and in the context of what was recorded in order dated 10.04.2024, the court is informed that respondent No.2 has also participated in the mediation proceedings; and has settled his disputes. Learned counsel is also present on behalf of respondent No.2; and confirms the same.

Learned counsel accordingly submit, that the present petition be disposed-of in terms of the compromise contained in Settlement Agreement dated 17.05.2024, holding the parties bound by the terms thereof. The court has perused the Settlement Agreement dated 17.05.2024; and is satisfied that the parties have resolved their inter-se disputes by way of a lawful agreement. There are certain actionables on the part of the parties, as detailed in the Settlement Agreement. The terms of settlement as comprised in Settlement Agreement dated 17.05.2024 are taken on record. The parties shall remain bound by their respective obligations thereunder.

The petition is disposed-of in terms of the Settlement Agreement. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
