1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

2. The petitioner is accused of having beaten up the complainant and stabbed him with a knife in his stomach. The stabbed injury is a 10x2 cm deep incision wound with compound lacerated wound of 8x2 cm. He is also stated to be involved in another case FIR No. 283/2019 under sections 363/ 376 IPC & section 4 POCSO Act registered at the same police station i.e. PS Adarsh Nagar.

3. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

4. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
