JUDGMENT

SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL) 1.

The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. 2.

Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to declare the result of the petitioner as directed by order dated 03.03.2020 in W.P(C) 13660/2019.

Mr. Rupal, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submits that petitioner had not disclosed before the Writ Court that petitioner had forfeited the said examination by once again appearing for the same subject in November, 2019. He, however, submits that Cont.Cas(C) 304/2020

respondent shall, without prejudice, be conveying the result to the petitioner within one week from today.

Mr. Rupal further submits that the representation given by the petitioner for grant of grace marks was examined by the competent authority and the same has already been rejected and the order shall be duly communicated to the petitioner within one week. 5.

In view of the above, no orders are called for in this Petition. The Petition is disposed of. However, petitioner would be at liberty to avail of such remedies as may be available to him in law against rejection of his representation.
