This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of an Arbitral Tribunal ["Tribunal"], which is in seisin of disputes between the parties arising out of a Milling Agreement dated 08.09.2016. 2.

The mandate of the Tribunal was extended by mutual consent of the parties with effect from 30.08.2023 for a period of six months, which expires on 28.02.2024.
