% 21.10.2019 W.P.(CRL) 1039/2019 This is a petition under Article 226 of Constitution read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of investigation in FIR no. 610/2017 under Section 307/323/34 IPC dt. 24.10.2017 and FIR No. 639/2017 under Section 323/341/345 IPC dt. 09.11.2017 from PS Burari/DIU to any independent agency and also reinvestigation in the case.

Ld. Counsel for the petition submits that fair investigation has not been carried out and further investigation is required in the present matter.

Ld. ASC submits that the charge-sheets in both the above cases have already been filed.

In view of the above submission of Ld. ASC, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this court to move before the court

concerned for further investigation in both the cases. Heard. Let the petitioner move appropriate application before the Ld. MM for further investigation in both the matters. Petition along with pending application stands disposed of accordingly.
