This is a petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time of six months for concluding the arbitral proceedings.

It is stated that best efforts were made and it is only on account of some unforeseen circumstances that the arbitration proceedings could not be concluded.
